Brad Boardman serves as President of Asilia Investments, where he leads the firm’s real estate platform. He is responsible for all aspects of development, acquisition, construction, and financing activities across the portfolio.
Prior to joining Asilia, Mr. Boardman was Director of Development at Gardner Batt, where he managed the execution of the firm’s real estate development and acquisition initiatives. Before that, he served as Vice President of Development at Dakota Pacific Real Estate, a Salt Lake City-based development firm, overseeing multifamily projects across the United States.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Boardman was a member of the investment team at Greystar Real Estate Partners in Southern California, the global leader in multifamily real estate. In that role, he was responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions throughout the Mountain West region.
Mr. Boardman has over 12 years of experience in real estate investment and development, with a track record spanning more than $6.4 billion in assets across various property types, including land, commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and multifamily.
He holds a degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and lives in Salt Lake City with his wife and four children. Outside of work, he is an avid golfer and a dedicated Utah Jazz supporter.
